Vision Solutions Sells Double-Take Software To Carbonite

Irvine-based Vision Solutions , which develops data protection, high-availability, and other IT automation software, said Tuesday evening that it has sold its Double-Take Software division to Carbonite. Vision Solutions had acquired Double-Take in 2010, only a few short months before it was acquried by Clearlake Capital.

Pathmatics Gets $3M For Advertising Analytics Software
