Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital Group announced this morning that it has sold Netmotion Wireless , a developer of mobile security software, to The Carlyle Group. Clearlake Capital acquired NetMotion Wireless back in 2012. Financial terms of the sale was not announced.

Los Angeles-based Osurv , a developer of mobile survey software, announced on Friday that it has been acquired by Singapore private equity investor Tan Capital Partners. Osurv was founded in 2012, and was led by Jad Meouchy. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
