San Diego-based Pulse Electronics , a provider of electronic components, said Thursday afternoon that it is now 100 percent owned by Taiwanese company Yago Corporation. The deal to acquire Pulse occurred in May of 2018, and completed in December, according to the companies. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
