By the mid-nineties we had the World Wide Web, which gave us a standard way to publish web pages using HTML. But the coincidence is that 10 years out will be 2020 and it’s when we look back from that date I’m certain that people will find a Facebook monopoly a bit laughable. Social Networking in Web 1.0.
