Semtech Sells Off Unit To Rambus

Camarillo-based analog and mixed signal semiconductor developer Semtech Corporation said on Monday that it has agreed to divest its Snowbush intellectual property (IP) business--which develops designs for high speed serial networking interfaces--to Rambus. in cash, along with a future royalty through 2022 based on sales.

Probably not and 10x (May 2022) seems more in line with the historical trend (actually 10x is still high). We drew this conclusion after a meeting we had with Morgan Stanley where they showed us historical 15 & 20 year valuation trends and we all discussed what we thought this meant.
