Los Angeles-based online matchmaking site eHarmony has been acquired by German company ProSiebenSat.1 1 , ia an acquisition by ProSiebenSat.1 1, the acquisition of eHarmony will help it expand its Commerce segment internationally. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies.

Internet Brands Buys Two Women's Sites From eHarmony

Los Angeles-based Internet Brands said Monday that it has acquired two web sites aimed at women, Weddingbee.com , and JustMommies.com from Pasadena-based eHarmony. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Internet Brands and eHarmony said that eHarmony had been operating the two sites for "several years" before the sale.
