Activision-Blizzard Cuts Around 190, Says Report

Los Angeles-based videogame developer Activision-Blizzard has reportedly laid off around 190 employees, or 2 percent of its workforce, according to a report from Bloomberg. The cuts also include a large cut, of 50 employees, from Activision's esports division, according to that report.

Activision Sued By Former Dictator Manuel Noriega

Santa Monica-based videogame maker Activision has been sued by former Panama dictator Manual Noriega, over his depection in the game "Call of Duty: Black Ops II". Noriega is suing Activision Blizzard over what he says is using his name and likeness without his permission. The lawsuit was filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
