As part of the funding, the firm said it has hired Activision vet Lawrence Goldberg as its Chief Operating Officer, and fellow Activision vet Michael Steiner as Director of Marketing. Goldberg was EVP, Worldwide Studios, Chief Corporate Counsel, and General Counsel at Activision.
