Los Angeles-based Oversee.net , the domain name and Internet marketing firm, has sold off its Moniker and SnapNames units, to KeyDrive S.A. is a provider of domain registration, monetization, and aftermarket services based in Luxembourg. Oversee.net had acquired Moniker in January of 2008, and SnapNames in June of 2007.

Los Angeles-based Oversee.net , which operates a network of businesses focused on domain name monetization and advertising, said today that it has linked with NameMedia , a developer and marketer of premium domain names. AfternicDLS runs a domain name resale business, through Afternic.com, BuyDomains.com, and a number of other sites.

Los Angeles-based Oversee.net , the provider of Internet domain monetization and marketing services, said this morning that it has named Scott Morrow as Senior Vice President / GM of its Vertical Markets division. Morrow was most recently CEO and President of ThisNext, and had previously served as EVp of Citysearch.

Los Angeles-based Oversee.net said Friday that it has named Debra Domeyer as its CEO. According to Oversee.net, Morrow is leaving to "pursue other interests". Domeyer was previously CTO at Internet Brands, and also has served at firms such as Pacific Gas & Electric Energy Services and the Times Mirror Company.

Ng and Hsu formed Oversee.net in 1999, bootstrapping it to more than $100M in annual revenues.
