Solarflare Acquired By Xilinx

According to Xilinx, the deal will help the company accelerate its "data center first" strategy. The company previously raised funding from such investors as Acacia Capital, and Anthem Venture Partners; it's unclear how much of a stake those investors still have in Xilinx, with the last funding rounds from those firms more than 10 years ago.
