Los Angeles-based GoTV Networks , a developer of mobile applications, said today that it has acquired the HOMBRE (Hands-On Mobile Binary Runtime Environment) division of Hands-On Mobile Inc. As part of the acquisition, the firm said it has named Scott Scherer as SVP of Product Development and Technology for the firm.

What we offer is really easy, and it takes 30 days, maybe only a few weeks to get up and running. When I finished my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in Signal Processing, two of my friends started the company in audio processing.
