The two said that the deal will combine Evolve's online ad sales force with AdColony's mobile ad network. AdColony operates a mobile video ad network; Evolve Media is the parent firm of Gorilla Nation, AtomicOnline, Springboard Video, and Double Helix. The two did not reveal other details of the arrangement.
