Santa Monica-based Transpera , a provider of mobile video advertising technology, announced Thursday that it has raised $8.25M in a Series B funding round. Transpera provides mobile video delivery and advertising for such sites as AccuWeather.com, the Associated Press, CBS, Break.com, Revision3, ManiaTV, MTV Networks, and others.
