Calabasas-based network testing equipment and software provider Ixia has been selected by Telefonica , to help monitor Telefonica's physical and virtual networks, according to Ixia's parent company, Keysight Technologies. Keysight said that Telefonica is using Ixia's Network Packet Brokers (NPB), network tap, and Ixia Fabric Controller (IFC) products for dealing with increasing monitoring requirements it has for 5G and VoLTE.

Ixia Partners With Endace On Secure Network Monitoring

Calabasas-based network testing equipment developer Ixia is in a technology partnership agreement with high speed network recording and playback provider Endace , the two said on Tuesday. According to the tw companies, the partnership focuses on delivering visibility into network traffic, even when that traffic is encrypted. Financial details of the partnership were not announced. The two companies said they already have been collaborating on a joint solution for financial traders.

Calabasas-based IT and professional servies provider ASGN Incorporated announced this morning that it has acquired DHA Group Inc. , a provider of mobility, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other federal customers. According to ASGN, it paid $46M in cash for DHA Group, which will part of its ECS Segment. DHA was founded in 1994, and has more than 200 employees. ASGN said that DHA had approximately $50M in revenues in 2018.

Tessera paid $850M in cash for DTS, in a deal which had originally been announced in May.
