Instead, after a private equity firm offered to buy YLighting, we negotiated to keep the technology that we had developed. We sold it to a private equity group. Eventually we worked into an office space in Palo Alto, and at one point, our subtenant was Meebo. All five of my companies have returned a lot of capital.
