Hermosa Beach-based FinalPrice has raised $4M in funding for a new travel startup, which offers up membership-based travel booking for flights, hotels, and car rentals. The funding came from Sistema VC and Almaz Capital. As part of the funding Pavel Bogdanov of Almaz joins the company' s board.

Hermosa Beach-based digital agency HYFN has been sold to public firm LIN TV , which owns a number of television stations as well as mobile products, the firms said Thursday. HYFN was advised by Angeles Capital Group''s Peter Cowen and Andrew Williamson in the deal. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed.
