Servant leaders educate through words and actions, and they encourage their people to set aside self-serving behaviors in favor of serving others. We all need more time to focus on positive results, rather than hear coaching only on things gone wrong.

Often times, you will find yourself working with people who "don''t know the ropes" and require extensive coaching and assistance. The cycle never stops.
