According to the companies, Qualcomm subsidiary Qualcomm Education will help edX develop its technology, by contributing engineering resources and licensing its SDK code to edX. San Diego-based Qualcomm is backing edX , a nonprofit provider of online, massive open online course (MOOC) technology, the two said this morning.
