SurfAir said it will connect Santa Barbara with nonstop service to Silicon Valley, with the first flight leaving this morning at 8:15 a.m.

Santa Barbara-based Yardi reported a customer win this week, with multifamily property development company Pennrose Management. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Yardi said Pennrose is using its software to handle HUD compliance, online leasing, and check scanning, among other functions.
