Cloud storage is a competitive market, with dozens of cloud storage providers hoping to gain a big chunk of the market. We''re not using third party services such as Amazon S3, which just adds to your cost. We recently launched Idrive Sync, which performs better than Dropbox, and is very competitive in pricing.

They started by offering cloud storage (S3) on a super cheap, pay-as-you consume basis. That said, Amazon – through AWS – even without strong competition is as wonderful an experience as Amazon the eCommerce retailer feels to you as an online shopper. They came from a different perspective. I find this strange.
