Hulu Adds Content Downloads

Los Angeles-based streaming television provider Hulu has finally added the ability for (some) of its subscribers to download content for offline viewing. According to Hulu, the new feature--which is available only to subscribers of its "No Ads" plan--let users download offline content for later viewing, and only on iOS--although the company says it hopes to add Android support soon. The "No Ads" plan costs $12 a month. Hulu said titles available for offline viewing will now show download icons and other details; Hulu said users will be able to download 25 titles at a time for later viewing.
