Immortals Hires VP of Content and Production

Los Angeles-base esports team Immortals says it has hired Hollywood director and producer J.M.R. Luna as the company's new Vice President of Content and Production. According to the team, Luna will oversee the organization's long and short form film production, as well as assist with creating premium content properties for the team's partners. Luna produced and directed the motion picture, 'Tell', and also previously led the content and production team for esports group Evil Geniuses (which was owned by Twitch.tv). Immortals said Luna reports to Immortals and Los Angeles Valiant President and COO Ari Segal. Immortals is backed by AEG, Lionsgate, along with a long list of LA angel investors..
