NGD Systems Gains Two New Patents

Irvine-based NGD Systems reported this morning that it has received two new patents for its solid state drive (SSD) technology. Both patents were developed by Vladimir Alves, the company's Chief Technology Officer, and Joao Alcantara. The company says it now has 14 patents from the U.S.

RFaxis Gets Patents

Irvine-based RFaxis , the semiconductor startup headed by Mike Neshat, reported Thursday that the firm has just received four patents for its technology. The firm said it now has had more than 30 patents filed for its architecture of its RF, front-end integrated circuits. The firm did not details the patents, however, the U.S.

Irvine-based Integrien Corporation , a developer of IT performance analysis software, said today that it has received a third patent on its technology. Patent 7,707,285, covering "System and method for generating and using fingerprints for IT performance management". The firm had filed for the patent in September of 2006.
