Santa Barbara-based Curtail , a new cybersecurity startup which recently landed $3.25M in funding, said this morning that it has named two VPs. Quinnen was most recently Chief Technology Officer at LumenVox, and also served at Litel Instruments and Qubit Technology. Curtail is led by CEO Frank Huerta.

Transphorm Gets $18.5M Contract
