Westlake Village-based Inphi Corp , a developer of high speed analog semiconductors, said today that it has rolled out a new, 40 Gbps component for the optical market. The firm said its 4336TA Transimpedence Amplifier (TIA) is aimed at customers designing, producing, and installing 40 Gbps serial components and equipment.
