Miramar Ventures Gets Exit At Azuro

Corona Del Mar-based Miramar Venture Partners has scored an exit in its portfolio, with semiconductor design firm Azuro. According to EDA software firm Cadence Tuesday, it has acquired Azuro to improve its systems-on-a-chip design software. Miramar's investment in Azuro was managed by Heiner Sussner.
