Utilizing this same core technology, TVSync has developed automatic content recognition (ACR) software that can be accessed in seconds by video and/or audio using the camera and/or mic from a mobile device. The platform allows users to sync content and commands across all four screens — the smartphone, tablet/pad, computer and TV.

We have developed a tool that takes scientific, validated methodologies from academia, and use that to assess unconscious bias around race, gender, age, and other personality attributes, in the workplace. Here, we wanted to build a Netflix-like experience for this. Think Dateline, the Discovery Channel, and Netflix.

The launch of their new Boxee Box in November and the user acceptance of that will be telling for their future development. But the whole market will develop more slowly as we watch this bum fight take place. I believe that NetFlix has won the battle for the “head end&# of content from films. We watch it on the iPad.

I was selling products to Live Nation, Demand Media, Kelly Blue Book, Rovi, and the Screen Actors Guild. My co-founder and CTO, Steven Corwin, is a graduate of UCLA's Electrical Engineering program, and built our program and lead the development of our technology platform. Lots of them were in online media and entertainment.

Restricted Supply: We love the content that is produced by the companies that are the primary suppliers to hulu: Modern Family, The Office, The Simpsons or even classics such as Arrested Development. We are entering the age of “second screen&# TV viewing. They were late to the iPad and late with a subscription service.
