RadiSys said it would pay $73M in cash plus $31.9M

Lucix Gains $3M

in venture funding, according to numbers released in last week's PricewaterhouseCoopers/NVCA venture Capital report. Lucix develops power amplifiers, converters, and other products for the aerospace market. Lucix has previously received funding from Palisades Ventures, Shepherd Ventures, and Smart Technology Ventures; it's unclear which, if any, of the investors participated in this round.
