GameFly Sells Cloud Streaming Tech, Team To Electronic Arts

Los Angeles-based game streaming provider GameFly and Electronic Arts said Tuesday that Electronic Arts has acquired GameFly's cloud-streaming technology, but that GameFly will continue to operate its games-by-mail subscription service. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
