El Segundo-based SecureAuth , a developer of identity management tools, has raised $200M in a funding round from private equity investor K1 Investment Management. K1 said the investment comes as part of a merger with Core Security , a provider of vulnerability discovery, identity governance and threat management software. K1 said the merger is pending regulatory approval from the U.S.

Everipedia Names Wikipedia Co-Founder To Exec Team
