The Honest Company Raises Series E Funding

Los Angeles-based The Honest Company , the natural home products brand, said late Thursday that it has closed on a Series E financing round. Size of the round was not announced. The round was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company, along with others. Unconfirmed reports place the funding at $75M, at $19.60 per share, a significant decrease from the company's prior valuation of $45.75.
