A new report this morning says that a new survey of users of Venice, California-based Snap 's social networking app, Snapchat , finds opinion of the brand has dropped significantly due to its redesign. Pasadena-based Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health , a new, venture capital fund led by John Nackel and Jay Goss, said this week that it has launched a new fund focused on seed stage and Series A healthcare investments. Size of the new fund was not announced. According to Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, the new fund is a joint venture between Wavemaker and Three-Sixty Advisory Group, LLC, a healthcare consultancy and business accelerator.

Cytokine therapies for cancer aren’t new but they are attracting renewed interest. Some pharmaceutical companies see drug combinations using cytokines as a way to broaden the reach of immunotherapy, which still doesn’t work for the majority of cancer patients. This week, Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY ) showed how much it believes in cytokines. The Indianapolis drug maker reached a deal to acquire Armo BioSciences and its pipeline of cytokine therapies for $1.6 billion in cash.
