San Diego-based Artiva Biotherapeutics has raised $78M in a Series A funding round, for its cancer therapies, the company said late Thursday. According to the company, the financing was co-led by 5AM Ventures, venBio Partners, and RA Capital Management, and also included Medivate Partners and seed investors and strategic partners GC LabCell (Green Cross LabCell Corporation) and GC (Green Cross Holdings Corporation).
