Versant Ventures Portfolio Firm Nears IPO

Aprea Therapeutics said that estimates its IPO will price between $14.00 and $16.00 per share, which could raise as much as $92.0M for the biotech. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Heal, the acquisition will help it expand its services to New York City.
