Conversion Logic Gets $9M For Marketing Analytics Tools

Los Angeles-based Conversion Logic , a developer of marketing analytics software, announced this morning that it has raised $9M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Pelion Venture Partners, and also included Rincon Venture Partners, Crosscut Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Founder Collective, Revel Partners and TenOneTen. Conversion Logic, which is led by CEO Brian Baumgart, said it has now raised $14.1M in total funding.

Carlsbad-based spinal implant developer Vertiflex announced this morning that it has raised $40M in a new funding round, led by Endeavour Vision and H.I.G.
