Clubspeed Acquires Vantora

Irvine-based venue management software developer Clubspeed announced on Monday that it has acquired Vantora, a developer of online booking and waiver management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. The company said the buy will help it expand its product portfolio. Clubspeed is left by CEO Alok Pandey.
