Financial details of the acquisition were not announced, however, the deal is rumored to be around $275M. Seriously is best known for its game Best Fiends , and had run its marketing operations out of Los Angeles, with its game development in Helsinki, Finland.

The debt facility was provided by Ally Financial. Details on the equity portion were not announced.
