Next Vandenberg Rocket Launch, From ULA, Pushed Into January

The next rocket launch out of Vandenberg Air Force Base--the launch of the United Launch Alliance's Delta IV Heavy --has been delayed again, and will launch no earlier than Sunday, January 6th, the ULA said over the holidays. The launch has been attempted four times since December 7th, but has been scrubbed due to a combination of technical problems and weather.

LA Times, SD Union Tribune, Other Newspapers Disrupted By Malware Attack

The print editions of the Los Angeles Times , the San Diego Union Tribune , as well as the Wall Street Journal and New York Times were hit by malware attack over the weekend, which disrupted printing and delivery of those papers in California. The attack--which started on Thursday and continued through the weekend--was finally halted on Sunday , according to the LA Times.
