SpaceX To Launch All Civilian Space Mission

Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX said on Monday that it will launch its own, all civilian space mission on one of its Crew Dragon capsules, saying it plans to put four people into space on the Inspiration4 mission. The mission is expected to launch in Q4. The mission will be piloted by Jared Isaacman, the 37-year-old founder and chief executive officer of Shift4 Payments, which apparently is paying for the full costs of the flight.

Viant Launches IPO

Irvine-based a href="[link] Technology, a developer of advertising software, says it has launched an IPO, intending to sell 7,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock in an offering on the Nasdaq Global Market as DSP. The IPO will raise as much as $181M for Viant. The company has given an estimated offering range of between $19.00 and $21.00 per share.
