Santa Monica-based Culture Genesis , the venture-backed "digital studio" funded by Mucker Capital, betaworks, plus actor T.I., Grand Hustle founder Jason Geter, and NBA star Baron Davis, has acquired All Def , the media and content company which was founded in 2013 by hip-hop's Russell Simmons. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Culture Genesis, the acquisition is the company's first.
