SpaceX Launches Koreasat-5A Into Space

Hawthorne-based SpaceX successfully put the Koreasat-5A into space on Monday, successfully launching another satellite into space, and again successfully landing the first stage of its Falcon 9 rocket on a drone ship in the Atlantic. SpaceX launched the Koreasat-5A from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 3:34 p.m. EDT, landing the first stage of the Falcon 9 on its droneship at approximately 3:44 pm.
