Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Set Scouter also operates an online, peer-to-peer location scouting marketplace. According to companies, the acquisition will help create the largest, film locations database in North America.

San Diego-based Inhibrx , a biopharmaceuticals startup working in the area of protein engineering, has raised $40M in an investment from Viking Global Investors, the company announced this mroning. Inhibrx said it has now raised approximately $205M in total, including $135M in equity and debt and $70M in licensing and grants. Inibrx has previously raised funding from such investors as RA Capital, Lilly Asia Ventures, ArrowMark Partners, WuXi Biologics and Alexandria.
