Ingram Micro Delays Annual Event Until 2021

Sonos Kills Recycle Mode

Lawsuit Against Kingston Goes To Jury Trial

A $15M lawsuit against Fountain Valley-based Kingston Technology has gone to jury trial, with a company, Pavo Solutions LLC , seeking $15M in damages for what it says is patent infringement on a design for a swiveling USB flash memory cover. According to a report from Law360, Pavo Solutions claims Kingston made "tens of millions of dollars in profits and $233 million in sales" from the USB flash memory device which uses the swiveling cover.

Los Angeles-based Quibi , the short form video streaming startup which was founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg and Meg Whitman, has raised $350M in funding, bringing the total raised for the yet-to-be-launched venture to an astounding $1.75 billion. Names and details of the investors in the new funding round were not announced. Quibi is hoping to launch its service in a month, saying it plans to open up access to its service on April 6th.
