This week’s insight came from personal experience and from a good friend who advanced the notion of the “teacher-customer” years ago. I internalized this phrase, recalling the many times I had partnered with customers to design new feature-functionality into my hotel computer system back when such systems were brand new to the industry.

Digital Domain Launches VR Series, Monkey King

Playa Vista-based visual effects developer Digital Domain announced today that it has launched its first, cinematic virtual reality series, called "Monkey King" , based upon the Chinese mythology character of the same name. According to Digital Domain, the new series is available on Sony Playstation VR, and brings the story of the Chinese character to life in an immersive experience.
