Financial impact of the customer win was not announced. Triton Digital said Connoisseur Media will use it to stream and measure their digital audio content. Triton Digital provides programmatic audio advertising technology for the audio streaming market.

According to Razer, it has acquired the majority of the assets of Nextbit, and brought onboard both the management team and employees of the company. Razer said it will continue to support Nextbit's Robin smartphone.
