Huntington Beach-based Rocket Lab , the provider of satellite launch services, said on Monday that it has acquired Sinclair Interplanetary , a developer of satellite hardware. Financial details of the buy were not announced. According to Rocket Lab, the buy will strengthen the satellite division of the company, which produces its Photon spacecraft. Sinclair Interplanetary is based in Toronto, Canada, and was founded in 2001.
