Ixia Rolls Out LTE Testing Product

Calabasas-based network testing products developer Ixia said Monday that it has launched a new, LTE testing product, called IxLoad-Wireless. According to Ixia, the new product is aimed at providing Long Term Evolution (LTE) testing for cellular IoT efforts, the machine-to-machine (M2M) area. Mitu said "Mom's Movie Review" and "What's Good in Your Hood" will both debut on Facebook's "Watch" on Wednesday, after becoming "viral hits" on its channels. Pasadena-based Calimmune , a biotechnology company focused on stem cell therapy, has been acquired by CSL Behring , CSL said on Monday, in a deal worth $91M up front, but worth up to $400M total when you include possible earn out. Western Digital Buys Tegile Systems

Irvine-based Western Digital , which seems to be in an acquisitive mood, has acquired Tegile Systems , a developer of flash-based storage for the enterprise data center market. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. The acquisition is the second for Western Digital this week. Tegile Systems was based in Newark, California, and was venture backed by August Capital, Meritech Capital, and SanDisk, in addition to Western Digital itself.
