Playa Vista-based Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT), the Hyperloop technology developer co-founded by Dirk Ahlborn and Bibop Gresta, said on Thursday that it has signed a study deal to look at routes to connect Cleveland and Chicago with its technology.
