EDF Renewable Energy Opens 200MW Wind Project In Minnesota

San Diego-based renewable energy developer EDF Renewable Energy says it has put a new, 200 megawatt wind project in Minnesota online. Accoding to EDF RE, the 200MW Red Pine Wind Project is fully operational, and delivering electricity into the Northern States Power Hawks Nest Lake Substation. The wind project generates enough energy to power approximately 92,000 average Minnesota homes.

SpaceX Falcon 9 Survives Surprise Water Landing

Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX successfully delivered its latest satellite payload, the GovSat-1 communications satellite, into orbit on Wednesday, and--as a bonus--managed to preserve the first stage of the Falcon 9 used in the launch. According to Elon Musk, SpaceX attempted a "very high retrothrust landing in water", which appeared to have been successful, as he posted a photo of the Falcon 9 floating in the Atlantic.

Epics.gg said it was founded by the team that founded Xfire, LoLking.net, Esportsify, and Skinz.gg.
