TenantBase Takes $10.7M

Santa Monica-based TenantBase , which is developing a technology-enabled, commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $10.7M in a funding round. The funding was led by Stonecutter TenantBase Investors LLC, an affiliate of New York-based Stonecutter Capital, and also included other existing investors, including Razor's Edge Ventures.

LA's Revolve Seeks IPO

Los Angeles-based Revolve , an online clothing retailer that sells clothing to both women and men, is getting set for an IPO, according to a report from the WSJ. The Wall Street Journal--citing anonymous sources-- said Revolve was interviewing investment bankers to lead the effort, which would value Revolve at more than $1 billion. Revolve was founded by former dot-com veterans Michael Mente and Mike Karanikolas, over 10 years ago.

Cornerstone OnDemand, Grovo Link On Learning Tools

Santa Monica-based human capital management software developer Cornerstone OnDemand , along with online learning provider Grovo , said Tuesday that the two have expanded an existing strategic relationship. According to the two, Grovo will connects its Grovo Create product as an add-on to Cornerstone OnDemand's platform. Financial details of the deal were not announced.

MaxLinear said it is providing its single-chip, multi gigabit MoCA networking ICs to Hitron for a number of broadband networking products.
